And then our cooking class included a trip to a chateau for a wine tasting and a tour through Chateauneuf-du-Pape before arriving to a wonderful home with an outdoor kitchen where we made sausage and had a 3 course meal with plenty of wine and appetizers. I am so glad we did this as we learned so much about the history of the area and got to enjoy the local cuisine. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to dive deeper into the rich history of the region!

Julian is very knowledgeable about both history and winemaking, and he shared interesting information in a fun and engaging way. He’s also a great driver and made the whole day comfortable and enjoyable. To top it off, he took us to the best viewpoint to see the Bridge of Avignon. We highly recommend Julian as a tour guide!
