Can the tour be cancelled in case of bad weather?
Although it’s unlikely that you get bad weather while on holiday in Provence, the few rainy days we have down here don’t stop us from showing you our beautiful city, even with a grey sky! Rain or shine, our tours will run as long as it is safe and secure for our customers. In case of a storm, we will make sure to contact you before the starting time to confirm whether we can run the tour or not.

I have food allergies/restrictions, can I still join the tour?

We do understand the different food choices and lifestyles and are able to adapt to some specific diets. However, the aim of our tour is to share with you the traditional specialties and local produce. Provençal traditional food includes meat (pork), dairy and cakes/bread. Therefore, strict vegetarians or vegans would miss a lot of tastings although we always try to find tasty altertatives when available. Please let us know of serious food allergies beforehand.

What is the amount of walking involved?
Avignon is a small town and on the tour we will be covering one part of the old city center. Please let us know about your walking difficulties prior to making your booking. Just wear comfy shoes and appropriate clothing (temperature can go up to 40°c in July).
